Paul Mundt	c9306f0efb	sh: Wire up oops reporting in the die notifier chain. ... Commit 3f5a54e371ca20b119b73704f6c01b71295c1714 ("ftrace: dump out ftrace buffers to console on panic") added an ftrace buffer dumper that hooks in to the die notifier chain and dumps out data in the oops path. Paul Mundt	f15cbe6f1a	sh: migrate to arch/sh/include/ ... This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac. Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at: http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2 with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault.
