tests/tcg: enable -fwrapv for test-i386-bmi

We allow things like:

  tests/tcg/i386/test-i386-bmi2.c:124:35: warning: shifting a negative signed value is undefined [-Wshift-negative-value]
      assert(result == (mask & ~(-1 << 30)));

in the main code, so allow it for the test.
