tests/qtest/ufs-test: Prepare for MCQ test
In legacy doorbell mode, the command descriptor slot matched the UTRD slot. To maintain consistency in MCQ mode, command descriptor slot allocation and deallocation now use a bitmap-based approach. Acked-by: Fabiano Rosas <farosas@suse.de> Signed-off-by: Jeuk Kim <jeuk20.kim@samsung.com>
