Bernhard Beschow bf0576edd7 hw/ide: Extract IDEBus assignment into bmdma_init() 
Every invocation of bmdma_init() is followed by `d->bmdma[i].bus = &d->bus[i]`.
Resolve this redundancy by extracting it into bmdma_init().
